Septi-Sure™

Septi-Sure™ is the highest tier, and most comprehensive, of the service plans that we offer to onsite wastewater disposal system owners. The Septi-Sure™ agreements are identical to the Septi-Safe™ agreements, but include information at the bottom, detailing the types of repairs and replacements that are, and are not, covered under the agreement. Here is one example of what a Septi-Sure™ agreement might include and exclude:

Included Components

Septic Tank Piping, Sanitary Tees, Ties and Filter on inside of Septic Tank
Distribution Box Any components of distribution box that are damaged from improper installation or regular usage.
Disposal Field Components Air reliefs, check valves, manifold connections, zoner and pressure regulators.
Pump Chamber Pumps, check valves, gate valves, cam locks, pipes and fittings contained in pump chamber
Hydraulic Unit Solenoids, diaphragms, back-flush valves, pipe and fittings (enclosure and lid not included)
Aerobic Treatment Unit Compressor, float and piping inside of ATU only.

Excluded Components

Concrete, plastic, fiberglass tanks, lids and/or risers.
Electric wiring for all components of system and all control panels located inside or outside of house.
Piping from house to septic tank or treatment unit, piping between septic tank, pump chamber, and/or treatment unit, force main piping to sewage disposal system.
Piping from compressor or control panel to ATU or other tanks.
Drip tubing.

Additional Excluded Services and Components

If any component of the system is damaged or compromised due to improper usage of the system (see "Homeowner's Daily Responsibilities" in the Contract for some examples), that part and any related parts are not covered by this agreement.
If any component of the system is damaged by the homeowner (run over by lawnmower, broken while digging in backyard, etc.), that part and any related parts are not covered by this agreement.
In addition, if either of the two above-listed events occurs, this agreement may be subject to cancellation by Onsite Solutions of Virginia, Inc.
